1. Legal Basis
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), we inform you about the legal basis for our data processing activities. If the legal basis is not mentioned in the privacy policy, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the DSGVO, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our services and contractual obligations and respond to inquiries is Article 6(1)(b) of the DSGVO, the legal basis for processing to comply with our legal obligations is Article 6(1)(c) of the DSGVO, and the legal basis for processing to pursue our legitimate interests is Article 6(1)(f) of the DSGVO. In cases where the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Article 6(1)(d) of the DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

When visiting this website, the server generates automatic log entries that cannot be assigned to specific individuals. This data includes:

In accordance with Article 32 of the DSGVO, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. This includes considering the state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. These measures include ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as access, input, disclosure, availability, and separation of data. We have established procedures to ensure the exercise of data subject rights, data deletion, and responses to data breaches. Moreover, we consider data protection in the design phase, during development, and in the selection of hardware and software, in accordance with the principle of "privacy by design" and "privacy by default" (Article 25 of the DSGVO).
Security measures include fully encrypted data transmission between your browser and our servers using HTTPS and HSTS on all pages, the use of dedicated servers located in Germany, and regular software updates.
3. Use of Personal Data

When sending very sensitive data or information, it is advisable to use the postal service, as complete data security via email cannot be guaranteed.

5.6. Pursuant to Article 77 of the DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the DSGVO.
5.7. You have the right to revoke granted consent pursuant to Article 7(3) of the DSGVO with future effect.
5.8. You may object to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the DSGVO at any time. Objections may particularly be made against the processing for purposes of direct marketing.
